I’m Abbie Helton and I am a proud member of the Mobile Home Lady team. Being one of the youngest members of the team allows me to use the power of social media to build my brand while helping people see their real estate dreams come true. My family and I relocated to Southwest Florida and we couldn’t be happier. I also have the privilege of pursuing a career in music. Constantly expanding my network is allowing me to thrive in this beautiful place.

I joined the Mobile Home Lady Team a few years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed working with this wonderful group of ladies. I have to say, this a huge compliment because I have worked with some of largest real estate companies in the country in my 30 years of selling homes. My career started in Indiana where I sold real estate for 25 years in Metropolitan Indianapolis. After obtaining my Florida real estate license we decided to take the plunge and move to sunny Florida. I do a large portion of my business in Jamaica Bay and also represent Mobile Home Lady in Periwinkle Park at Sanibel. In addition, I sell homes, condo’s and land owned manufactured homes for our sister company, She Sells FL, LLC. I have no plans to retire and hope to make dreams come true for many sellers & buyers for years to come. Now a little about my family; first and foremost I’m Mimi to a little boy named Wyatt. If you have spent any time with me you have heard a Wyatt story. I also have two grown daughters, Courtney & Danielle. Last and very important in holding our family together is my husband, Scott. In my spare time, I enjoy time in Indiana with family, pool time with friends, dinner out & all the wonderful beaches & parks of SW Florida.

Hello. I’m originally from Illinois, then moved to Indiana when we retired. We currently are full time now in in Naples Florida. I’m the oldest member of our team and believe me , these ladies keep me young. I have been a manager in a boutique, I worked for Marshall Fields as a personal shopper , I worked in fine jewelry at State Street in Chicago. I also owned a restaurant in Kankakee for many years. I wear a lot of hats and have had a great career. It’s not over yet and my biggest thrill is now working for this wonderful company with the finest boss and extremely talented ladies🌹

My name is Jani Highly and I am proud to be a part of the Mobile Home Lady’s Beach Babes Team. After spending many years in Kentucky as a real estate agent, I moved to Florida and haven’t looked back. Real estate is my dream career and I’ve been fortunate enough to be named Top Individual Agent licensed under two years for Keller Williams Legacy Group in June 2021. I was also top seven individual agents for the entire group in the same month. My husband Greg and I, along with my daughter Abbie decided to move south for the opportunity to grow as a real estate agent. The Beach Babes Team has done just that for me. Hi I’m Julie! I’m from Wheaton Il. I moved to fort myers 3 years ago. We followed our kids as they started a family here in Fort Myers. I’m a prong grandmother of a 1 year old who melts my heart. I purchased my manufactured home from Mobile Home Lady. Loving what I purchased. I started selling manufactured home in the community I lived in Jamaica Bay. My background is retail management and retail sales in Fine Jewelry. The most I love about my job is bringing living in paradise to all my clients! Listening to their wants and needs and bringing it all together.

Michael moved from California to Florida in 2014 to become an Events Director for Rich Dad Education in Cape Coral. Surrounded by the teachings of Robert Kiyosaki, Michael’s interest in real estate was piqued with a concentration on mobile homes and property management. Michael thrives on organizing and problem solving to create a win-win for everyone involved.

My name is Renee Paricio and I am a Realtor with the Mobile Home Lady and She Sells Florida. I have several years experience in the Real Estate world and love growing relationships with clients and helping new people everyday find their own piece of Paradise in SW Florida. I moved here from North Carolina where I was previously employed at a Domestic Violence Shelter. My passion is to help women and children in our community. I have decided to donate a portion of all my closings to benefit A.C.T., (Abuse Counseling and Treatment) the domestic violence shelter, here in the Lee County area. I am inspired daily by my wonderful husband, and 3 children with 2 of my kids having graduated college and 1 at the University of Central Florida! Go Knights!! In my free time, I love to run, exercise, read, and enjoy a great day on the boat!

Raised on saltwater and sunshine, I am a fourth-generation Floridian. I could not imagine living anywhere else and being a local allows me to show you everything Florida has to offer.

I have a background in office administration, retail, and design. For recreation I enjoy the beach, shopping and spending time with family and friends. My husband of 25 years and I have we have one child…a little dog named Lily!
